Shipping policy

1. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges vary based on the seller and product category.
  • Some sellers may charge a nominal delivery fee to cover logistics costs, especially for low-value items.

Free Delivery Offers

  • Orders above a certain value may qualify for free delivery, subject to promotional offers and seller policies.
  • If applicable, free delivery thresholds will be displayed on the product page.

 

2. Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time depends on:

  • Product availability with the seller.
  • The shipping destination and its distance from the seller’s location.
  • Courier service availability and working days.

Most orders are delivered within 2 to 7 business days, excluding public holidays and Sundays.

If a holiday falls between your order date and estimated delivery date, the timeline may be extended accordingly.

 

3. Why Does the Estimated Delivery Time Vary?

  • Different sellers have different warehouse locations and shipping policies.
  • The time taken to ship an item depends on the seller’s location and your delivery address.
  • Some areas may experience longer delivery times due to logistics limitations.

4. Serviceability & Delivery Restrictions

  • Pin code Check: Before placing an order, enter your pin code on the product page to check serviceability.
  • Seller & Courier Limitations: Some sellers or courier partners may not deliver to certain locations due to legal, logistical, or operational reasons.
  • Cash on Delivery (CoD): Availability depends on courier partners and may be restricted in certain locations.

 

5. Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS/email notification with a tracking link.
  • If you receive a delivery confirmation notification but haven’t received your package, please contact us within 7 days to resolve the issue.

 

6. Returns & Pick-Up Arrangements

  • If you need to return an item, you can initiate a return request through our customer support.
  • We will arrange a pick-up where possible. If not, you may return the item through a third-party courier.
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the seller unless stated otherwise.

 

7. Product Availability Status

You may see different availability tags on our product pages:

  • In Stock: Available for immediate dispatch with standard delivery timelines.
  • Available: The seller does not have the item in stock but can source it for you.
  • Preorder: The item is not yet released but can be reserved in advance.
  • Out of Stock: The item is currently unavailable. Use the Notify Me feature to get alerts when it’s back.
  • Imported: The product is sourced internationally and may take 10+ days for delivery.
  • Temporarily Unavailable: Currently out of stock but may be restocked soon.
  • Permanently Discontinued: No longer available for purchase.
  • Out of Print: This applies to books or media that are no longer being published.

 

8. International Shipping

Currently, Mumscart does not offer international shipping. Orders can only be delivered within India.
