5. Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS/email notification
with a tracking link.
- If
you receive a delivery confirmation notification but haven’t received
your package, please contact us within 7 days to resolve the
issue.
6. Returns & Pick-Up Arrangements

you need to return an item, you can initiate a return request through our
customer support.

will arrange a pick-up where possible. If not, you may return the
item through a third-party courier.
- Return

- Imported:
The product is sourced internationally and may take 10+ days for
delivery.
- Temporarily
Unavailable: Currently out of stock but may be restocked soon.
- Permanently
Discontinued: No longer available for purchase.
- Out
of Print: This applies to books or media that are no longer being
published.
8. International Shipping
Currently, Mumscart does not offer international shipping.
Orders can only be delivered within India.
